The second story of this versatile three-story design is the living space. A bedroom and bath branch off an open dining room and kitchen. The lofted ceiling reveals the third story living room, and a garage at ground level completes the package.  This building can be utilized as a rental unit, a "mother-in-law" cottage, or additional living space for the main home.
